Sarah Elliott is the owner of Avery Mae Pediatrics and is a board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. Before becoming a PNP-PC Sarah worked as a nurse for six years in the newborn intensive care unit as well as labor and delivery. Sarah is a wife and mother to two girls. She has always had a heart for women and children and feels fortunate to have been able to build a career that she is passionate about.

 Hannah is a pediatric nurse practitioner with a deep passion for caring for children and their families. She completed her undergraduate degree at Lipscomb University before earning her Masters of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University. With a strong commitment to pediatric health, Hannah focuses on delivering compassionate and personalized care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cherishes moments with her family. Hannah is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her patients.  

Catherine is a board certified Pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. She completed undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University in 2016 and went on to obtain her Masters Degree in Nursing at The University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2017. Catherine is married to her high school sweetheart and has three children. She enjoys going on new adventures with her family, trying new recipes, and cheering on the Vols. Catherine has always been passionate about children and watching them grow through long-lasting relationships built with the families. Catherine has a special interest in sports medicine/orthopedics, helping new moms learn the ropes, as well as adolescent medicine.  

Cassie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who started with Avery Mae in 2022. She completed her undergraduate degree at UT Martin and received her Masters degree from Lincoln Memorial University. She is a mother of two girls, Jocelyn and Evelyn. She loves traveling and spending time watching her girls in all their sports endeavors. Cassie also serves as a Lieutenant colonel in the Air National Guard and is co-owner of Aesthetics at Ease.
