Sarah Elliott is the owner of Avery Mae Pediatrics and is a board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. Before becoming a CPNP-PC Sarah worked as a nurse for six years in the newborn intensive care unit as well as labor and delivery. Sarah is a wife and mother to two girls. She has always had a heart for women and children and feels fortunate to have been able to build a career that she is passionate about.
Cassie is Avery Mae's primary care provider on Thursdays & when Sarah can't make it in. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, a mother of two sweet girls and a major in the Air National Guard. Cassie also is co-owner of Aesthetics at Ease.
Kingsley is a Georgia native, but has been in Middle Tennessee for 14 years. She has 10+ years of integrative medicine experience as a medial assistant, and is very passionate about trying to live a toxin free lifestyle as much as possible, as well as teaching others to do the same! She has two daughters and two bonus daughters, ages 14, 12, 9 and 7. She lives on a farm with her husband Stephen, kids, a black lab named Jax, a cat named Cookies, two horses, and a donkey. When she’s not caring for patients at Avery Mae she enjoys baking gluten free treats, cheering on her kids on the ball field, and enjoying bonfires with her family.
Maggie is a certified clinical medical assistant. After traveling the globe volunteering with humanitarian organizations, Maggie decided she wanted to be more active in the medical side of humanitarian work and settled back in Middle Tennessee to earn her CMA certification. Being a wife and mother of four children herself, she loves being able to support other parents in her hometown in the care of their children. When she's not in the clinic, you can find her buried in a good book or exploring the great outdoors with her family.
Courtnie has lived in middle Tennessee for most of her life. She has worked within the holistic and integrative medical field as a medical assistant for 10 years and is also a certified holistic health coach through IIN with a passion for working with women and children to help create their best self. When she is not brushing up on the newest trends in holistic healthcare, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, being a present aunt to her nieces and nephews and trying new recipes.
Gracie is Avery Mae Pediatrics full time receptionist. She is a Dickson county native who has lived in Tennessee her whole life. Gracie is married with a dog named Gunner and a cat named Krista. She absolutely loves being around children and is excited to have her own one day. Her interests include being outdoors with her family and attending any type of event involving cheerleading, animals, or motocross! Leading up to working at Avery Mae Gracie's healthcare career had been in the Emergency Department. She decided she wanted to make a difference in people's lives from a different side of the looking glass and hopes to radiate positivity in every way she can!
A native of North Carolina Alisa has spent 15 years of her working career as a Medical Billing Specialist, taking a temporary hiatus for a career in teaching High School Civics and Government. Alisa and her husband spend their personal time at home with their three cats Sam, Loki and Amora. They have three grown children: Cara, Alli, and Jaelen as well as a grandbaby named Eva. Recently they have been keeping busy building their new home in the North Carolina mountains, preparing their land to introduce chickens, dwarf goats and a large garden.
Anthony fills in anywhere he can, mostly at the front desk. He is the head of daily operations at an internet company and doubles down as a stay at home dad while Sarah is at the office.
